Through strategic partnerships with lending organizations, educational institutions, business improvement districts and chambers of commerce, the Tools for Harnessing Information Networking & Knowledge Initiative (THINK Initiative) initiative provides valuable resources, information and guidance to help new businesses grow.
THINK Initiative partners include the ESD Division of Small Business, NYS Division of Minority and Women’s Business Development, the Columbia University - Harlem Small Business Development Center, Pace University Small Business Development Center, the U.S. Small Business Administration, Harlem Business Alliance, the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone, Carver Bank, Chase Bank and Citibank.
In conjunction with these partners, the THINK Initiative coordinates seminars and workshops covering topics including business marketing, financial literacy, small business lending and government contracting.
